Enrollment by Year Group

At the International School Turks and Caicos Islands, students are placed according to their age and stage of development following an initial assessment with the School Principal and prospective class teacher. We aim to ensure that every child joins the year level that best supports their growth, confidence, and readiness to learn.

Each placement is considered individually. Children with special educational needs may be placed in a different year level when appropriate, in collaboration with the School Principal, teachers, and parents. For students transferring from another school, placement may also take into account previous schooling calendars and curriculum to ensure a smooth transition.
