Tuition fees are reviewed annually to ensure that the International School Turks and Caicos Islands continues to provide exceptional education, modern facilities, and a supportive learning environment.

Additional School Fees
Administration /
Registration
Fee: $375
A non-refundable, one-time payment for new students, payable upon registration to secure your child’s place at the International School Turks and Caicos Islands.
Book and Technology
Fee: $300 (Years 1–6)
A non-refundable annual payment that covers workbooks, classroom supplies, and technology resources used throughout the year. For students in Years 7 and above, the annual fee is $350.
Pool
Fee: $75 per term
A non-refundable termly fee for students from Senior Kindergarten through Year 9 to support pool maintenance and safety.
Library
Fee: $50
A non-refundable annual fee that supports the maintenance and renewal of our library resources.
Payment Options and Policies
The school year at the International School Turks and Caicos Islands is divided into three terms:

School fees are invoiced no later than the first day of each new term and on the first day of subsequent months for families choosing monthly payments. All fees are due within one week of invoicing.
Families may choose to pay the full annual tuition in advance or request a monthly payment plan. Monthly payments are available by prior arrangement and are subject to a 5% service charge. To discuss payment plans or financial arrangements, please contact the school office. All conversations are handled with confidentiality and care.
Fees not received by the due date are subject to a $50 late payment charge, and returned cheques incur an additional $50 administration fee.
Scholarships and Discounts
Families who pay the full annual tuition in advance receive a 5% discount. A 20% sibling discount is available for the third child enrolled in the same family.
Please note that discounts do not apply to families taking extended vacations during the school year or those who withdraw early at the end of a term. In the event of a school closure due to weather or natural causes, no make-up days or refunds are provided.
The International School Turks and Caicos Islands is developing a Sponsorship Programme to support students with exceptional potential who may require financial assistance to attend ISTCI. This initiative invites families and local businesses to partner with us in making quality education accessible to more children in our community.
